Petition of Betsy Madary for the Probate of the Will of Peter Pratt (Madary) Deceased.
To the Hon. W.G.Cochran, Judge of Probate Court, Tuscaloosa County:
The petition of the undersigned Betsy Madary respectfully represents unto your Honor that Peter Pratt (Madary) who was at the time of his death an inhabitant of this County, departed this life at Tuscaloosa on or about the 30th day of March 1892 leaving assets in this State, and leaving a Last Will and Testament, duly signed and published by him, and attested by W. F. Fitts Jr and W. C. Cochran"
