The Comptrollers [unreadable] public amounts will upon his warrent on the treasury [unreadable] Ch D Conner for five hundred dollars payable out of the funds of the University for the purpose of purchasing coal and hiring servents for the use of the University by a Resolution of the faculty passed the twenty fifth of September 1837
